Discounted Early Registration is available until 11:59PM EDT, August 20, 2009. After this deadline, registrations will be accepted at the Late registration rate.

In addition to registering to attend, you should also separately reserve a hotel room at the InterContinental Hotel Beijing Beichen, where the conference will be held. The cut-off date for reserving rooms at special rates is August 20. Please note that there are a limited number of rooms at this discounted rate.

All payments are processed through the RegOnline.com gateway, and the MobiCom 2009 organization committee has no liability whatsoever.

Member registration rates are available to members of SIGMOBILE or ACM only. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only.

Refund/Cancelation Policy:

All refund requests must be made in writing and received no later than September 1, 2009. Requests received by September 1 will receive a full refund less a USD 100 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after September 1, 2009.

Payment Methods:

Credit Card is the suggesting method for the registration fee. However, registants can also choose to pay by cash on-site (only RMB cash will be accepted).

Early Registration:

All early registrations should be paid with your credit card. If you have problems/difficulties in using credit card, please choose the "Custom Payment Method" option to finish your registration at regonline.com first (by the deadline), and contact the MobiCom 2009 registration chair (Kai Zheng, zhengkai@cn.ibm.com) for assitance.

Early registrations (i.e., before August 21) without real payment actions will be canceled. Attendees have to go through the online process again, and will not be considered as early registration.

Item Specifications:

Conference registration includes one copy of the conference proceedings, admittance to all paper and panel sessions, conference lunches, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, one ticket to the Welcome Reception (Monday night), and one ticket to the Social Event (Excursion and Dinner at the Great Wall of China, Wednesday night).

The 1-Day Pass includes one copy of the conference proceedings, and, on the chosen day, admittance to all papers and panel sessions, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, conference lunch. Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Social Event (Excursion and Dinner) are available for purchase on-site.

The MobiCom Pass includes the full conference registration package and unlimited access to the workshops. One copy of the workshops proceedings will be included.

The SIGMOBILE Pass includes the full conference registration package and one year's membership in SIGMOBILE. ACM SIGMOBILE supports research in mobile computing and mobile and wireless networking through leading conferences and journals, including MobiCom. The Social Event (Excursion and Dinner) will take place at the Great Wall of China. We will travel by bus to the Great Wall at Juyongguan (Juyong Pass), where you can explore the Wall before dinner in front of the Northern Gate of the Wall at Juyongguan. Participants will have a great time together with the fellow researchers and family.

Student registration includes all of the items in the full conference registration package. A valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick up the registration on-site.
