Each demo will be placed on a table with size 0.4m×1.8m,
and we will offer one 4-socket power strip for each demo,
with 220V power supply.
Additional tables will be available based on actual needs.
The demo room has Wi-Fi (802.11b/g) access,
shared by all attendees.

if you have any special requirements.
The best way to bring equipments you need for your demo
to Beijing is to carry with you.
If it is small,
put it in your luggage and you don't need to declare it.
If you do need to declare something,
make sure you state that the purpose is for academic exhibition and
that you will take the equipment out of China with you within 1 month.
You may still need to pay a deposit equal to the custom tariff,
so please bring documents to establish the value of your equipment.
You can get the tariff back when you take the equipment out of China,
but you must follow the instruction on how to do that.
If you choose to send your equipment using some shipping company,
and if the value is higher than RMB 5000 (approximately 750 USD),
you need to declare it to Customs.
You may consult with your shipper to see if
they provide this kind of service.

We do plan to provide an easel for you to place your poster on.
You can bring your poster with you,
or you can print it in Beijing.

Kinko's stores in Beijing.
The BJ02 location is probably the closest to the conference venue.
The demo session starts at 3:30pm on Tuesday September 22.
Please plan to use some time during lunch and/or the afternoon paper session
to set up your demo.
The location of each demo will be included in the registration
package that you will pick up at the conference site.
