Tutorial registration for each tutorial includes one copy of the tutorial
notes and admittance to all sessions of the chosen tutorial.
Conference registration includes one copy of the conference proceedings,
the Welcome Reception, admittance to all paper and panel sessions,
continental breakfast, conference lunches and refreshment breaks, and one
ticket to the Conference Banquet.
The 1-Day Pass includes one copy of the conference proceedings,
