Instructions for Regular Paper Presenters

• Each regular paper will be allocated 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
• The MobiHoc workshop program available from http://www.cs.tamu.edu/faculty/vaidya/mobihoc/ provides the schedule for the various sessions and names of the Session Chairs.

  The presenters of the regular papers are requested to provide their Session Chair a 4-5 line biography which may be used to introduce the speakers. If you wish to contact your Session Chair by e-mail, please contact Nitin Vaidya (vaidya@cs.tamu.edu) for the e-mail address.

Instructions for Poster Presenters

• The workshop will arrange one easel for each poster. The workshop will also provide one board for each poster - the board will be big enough to hold 9 slides in the US Letter size or A4 size. We plan to make the poster boards available to the presenters in the morning on August 11 (they may also be available on August 10 - feel free to contact one of the organizers on August 10).
• The MobiHoc workshop program available from http://www.cs.tamu.edu/faculty/vaidya/mobihoc/ provides the schedule for the workshop. The poster session is planned to be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on August 11. At least one presenter for each poster is expected to be available for explaining the work to the attendees who may happen to stop by the poster.

Formatting Instructions for Camera-Ready Papers

• Formatted paper and copyright form are due June 2, 2000
• Length of a formatted "regular" paper should be at most 12 pages.

  Length of a formatted "poster" abstract should be at most 2 pages. Poster abstract may contain results, graphs, figures, etc. Format for poster abstract is identical to that of a regular paper, except that poster abstract can be at most 2 pages long.
