Advance registration for MobiCom 2012 is now open!

Discounted Early Registration is available until 11:59PM EDT, July 27, 2012. After this deadline, registrations will be accepted at the Late Registration rate.

All registered users who need a visa letter should send their requests to supportletters@acm.org.

In addition to registering to attend, you should also separately reserve a hotel room at the Hilton Istanbul, where the conference will be held. To book your room, please follow this link.

Terms and Conditions:

All payments are processed through the RegOnline.com gateway, and the MobiCom 2012 organization committee has no liability whatsoever. Member registration rates are available to members of SIGMOBILE or ACM only. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only.

Refund/Cancelation Policy:

All refund requests must be made in writing and received no later than July 27, 2012. Requests received by July 27 will receive a full refund less a USD 75 processing fee. For those who pay by credit card, refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. Processing of the refunds may take over 30 days. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after July 27, 2012.

Payment Methods:

Credit Card is the suggested method for the registration fee. However, if the attendees wish to pay by other means (e.g. wire transfer), they need to contact the registration chair (see information below).

Early Registration:

All early registrations should be paid with your credit card. If you have problems/difficulties in using credit card, please choose the "Custom Payment Method" option to finish your registration at regonline.com first (by the deadline), and contact the MobiCom 2012 registration chair (Mehmet C. Vuran [mcvurancse.unl.edu]) for assistance.

Early registrations (i.e., before July 27) without real payment actions will be canceled. Attendees have to go through the online process again, and will not be considered as early registration.

Item Specifications:

Full Conference Registration includes one copy of the conference proceedings, admittance to all paper sessions for MobiCom panel sessions, conference lunches, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, one ticket to the Welcome Reception, and one ticket to the Conference Banquet. Workshops are not included.

Student Conference Registration includes one copy of the conference proceedings, admittance to all paper sessions for MobiCom panel sessions, conference lunches, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. Workshops are not included.

The 1-Day Pass includes one copy of the conference proceedings, and, on the chosen day, admittance to all papers and panel sessions, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, conference lunch. Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet are available for purchase on-line or on-site.

The MobiCom Full Registration Pass includes the full conference registration package and unlimited access to the workshops.

The MobiCom Student Registration Pass includes the student conference registration package and unlimited access to the workshops.

Workshop Registration for each workshop includes one copy of the workshop proceedings and admittance to all sessions of the chosen workshop, workshop lunch on breaks, when provided. Workshop registration does not include Social Event. See workshop web page for more details.

The information regarding Conference Banquet will be provided later. Full student registration includes all of the items in the full conference registration package except tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet. A valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick up the registration on-site.
